aftercare
1. Leave the covering on for 2-6 hours:
After having a tattoo session, the artist will cover the skin with an ointment and cover it. They will apply a covering and some dressing. The covering is necessary to protect your tattoo from possible infection. You should leave the covering in place for a minimum period of 2 hours before you can remove it.
2. Carefully remove the covering:
The covering can remain in place for up to 6 hours, but eventually you should remove it so that your tattoo can start healing. Always ensure you follow the right procedure when removing the bandage o that you can preserve your tattoo design. If the bandage seems stuck, you can soak it in warm water so you remove it without damaging your new tattoo.
3. Gently wash the tattoo:
You should use lukewarm water with Blue Green Foam Soap to wash the tattoo. Use your hands to rub the tattoo gently while removing all traces of blood, leaked ink and plasma. It is necessary to prevent the tattoo from scabbing too soon. Avoid using any items that can possibly damage he tattoo, for example a sponge or wash cloth.
After you have thoroughly washed the tattoo to pat it dry using a paper towel. Avoid rubbing the tattoo because it can cause irritation. After the tattoo is dry, leave it uncovered for about half and hour so it can breathe and dry out any excessive moisture.
Apply a thin layer of ointment 2-5 times a day until absorbed, this is to help you avoid infection. Each time you wash the tattoo, the ointment should be applied. The tattoo should be washed and moisturized at least twice each day.

Avoid hot tubs, pools, tanning beds until tattoo is fully healed.
Always keep the tattoo clean so that you can speed up the healing process. After the tattoo is completed, you may develop itchy skin. You should always avoid scratching your tattoo or even pick at it because it will distort it and ruin it.
If signs and symptoms of infection such as fever, excessive swelling , excessive redness, or drainage occur, seek professional medical attention.
